# Bring gymnastics to your school

> Aerial Zone runs recreational gymnastics programs in schools across Bengaluru. See the schools we work with and how to bring gymnastics to yours.

For schools

Our recreation gymnastics program helps students get active, build fitness and confidence, and discover a sport they can enjoy for life.

Why gymnastics

## A strong foundation for every sport

Gymnastics develops strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, the physical skills that support almost every other sport. Children also learn to focus, follow a routine and take safe risks, which builds confidence in and out of the classroom.

Our coaches have been running community, school and academy programs for many years, and know how to make sessions safe, structured and fun for students of different ages and abilities.

- Sessions led by experienced, certified coaches
- Programs for a range of ages and abilities
- A pathway to further training for interested students
